Structure

The Regional Development Australia Far North is an Incorporated Association funded through a Five Year Resource Agreement with the State Government's Office of Regional Affairs, and the Local Government bodies in Northern South Australia.

Governance

The Regional Development Australia Far North is governed by a Board of nine members including the Chairperson. Board members are elected by the Local Government bodies in Northern South Australia. The Board meets bi-monthly on the third Thursday of the even numbered months.

The Board has a Finance Committee, comprising the Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson and two other Board members. The Finance Committee meetings are held on the third Thursday of each odd numbered month.
